Along the Dordogne and Vézère valleys, there are some well-kept secrets. From caves to chasms, there is a whole underground world to discover, made of stalactites, stalagmites and other concretions, which have carved out veritable cathedrals of stone. The Gouffre de Padirac
The largest chasm in France, the visit is partly by boat, on an underground river which allows you to admire the Grande Pendeloque, a stalactite over 60m high

The largest cavity in the Périgord, called the "Crystal Cathedral".
